Hennessey Venom GT set to debut at 2010 Geneva Motor Show
In a matter of months, you'll get your first look at the Hennessey Venom GT supercar when it’s unveiled at next spring’s Geneva Motor Show.
If you think the car looks suspiciously like the Lotus Exige, you’re right. The 1,000 HP Venom GT will be based on the Exige S chassis and powered by a specially-tuned LS9 V8 that will retain the factory supercharger while seeing the addition of a pair of twin turbochargers.
At under 2,500 lbs, the Venom GT’s power-to-weight ratio comes in at less than 2.5 to 1.
