Known for: Young hip hop artist and rapper known for the single "Say Yeah"
Wiz Khalifa is an American hip hop artist and rapper. After releasing several singles and mixtapes for digital download on iTunes, Wiz Khalifa developed a following of fans. In 2007, the single "Say Yeah" broke onto the Billboard charts, reaching number 20 on Billboard's Rap Songs chart.
Wiz Khalifa grew up in a military family, both parents serving in the U.S. armed forces. At the age of 3, Khalifa's parents divorced. He eventually settled in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but for years he moved constantly, following his parents wherever they were stationed, including Germany, England, and Japan.
As a teenager in Pittsburgh, Khalifa began to dig into music. Khalifa has said that early on his friends gave him the nickname 'Young Wiz' because he was good at everything he did. This nickname eventually became the stage name 'Wiz Khalifa,' adding the Arabic word for "successor," Khalifa, to craft his musical identity.
In 2005, Wiz Khalifa released his first mixtape of original material, which eventually became the album 'Show and Prove' (2006). Khalifa used the internet very effectively to gain exposure through digital sales and free promotions. From 2005 to 2010, Khalifa released a steady stream of eight mixtapes. In 2009, Khalifa released 'Deal or No Deal,' his second full album. In April 2010, Khalifa put the mixtape, 'Kush and Orange,' out for free to download.

Wiz Khalifa tattoos are all over his body. He considers himself the king of ink and wants to be one of the major artists that have tons of ink on his body. One of the biggest tattoos that he has is the word Khalifa, on his back.. He even came up with a song and a of couple music videos, called “Ink My Whole Body”. Somebody asked how many does he actually have been the answer was a lot. It is also suggested that Matt Lettau may be one of the artists that did the ink.
On his chest he has the quote from Martin Luther King, Jr., “The ultimate measure of a Man is not where He stands in moments of comfort and convenience. But where He stands at times of challenge and controversy.”. Wiz Khalifa tattoos started when he was 16 when he got his first one. His first tattoo with the name of his group and then he just kept going from there. He said most of them are spiritual or have something to do with his life and how he lives it eerie at said they all have meaning, including the one that says, “Self Made”. He said he has one for his uncle he has one for his sister. And of course, he has superstar written out on his knuckles.
Was Khalifa, tattoos have been the subject of many interviews and he said that the “Self Made” tat is his favorite because it means a lot to him. He said, it embodies how he has really been a self-made person and he just really really likes that one. Where will he stop? It is truly hard to say. Certainly as he presses on in his life he will surely add additional tattoos that have huge meaning to him.

Wiz Khalifa
Cameron Jibril Thomaz (born September 8, 1987), better known by the stage name Wiz Khalifa, is an American rapper based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He released his debut album, Show and Prove, in 2006, and signed to Warner Bros. Records in 2007. His techno-influenced single, "Say Yeah", received urban radio airplay, charting on the Rhythmic Top 40 and Hot Rap Tracks charts in 2008. Khalifa parted with Warner Bros. and released his second album, Deal or No Deal, in November 2009. He released the mixtape Kush and Orange Juice as a free download in April 2010, which became a top trending item on Twitter and Google; he then signed with Atlantic Records.
Early life
Khalifa was born on September 8, 1987 in Minot, North Dakota to a mother and a father serving in the military. His parents divorced when Khalifa was about three years old. His parents' military service caused him to move on a regular basis. Khalifa lived in Germany, England, and Japan before settling in Pittsburgh where he attended Taylor Allderdice High School.
His stage name is derived from khalifa, an Arabic word meaning "successor", and wisdom, which was shortened to Wiz when Khalifa was fifteen. Khalifa stated to spinner.com that the name also came from being called "young Wiz 'cause I was good at everything I did". He includes Camp Lo, The Notorious B.I.G. and Bone Thugs-n-Harmony among his influences.
Career
Khalifa released his first mixtape, Prince of the City: Welcome to Pistolvania, in 2005. The mixtape led to his first full length album entitled Show and Prove in 2006. Khalifa was declared an "artist to watch" that year in Rolling Stone magazine.
In 2007, Khalifa signed to Warner Bros. Records and released two mixtapes through Rostrum Records: Grow Season, hosted by DJ Green Lantern and released on July 4, 2007, and Prince of the City 2, released on November 20, 2007. His debut Warner Bros. single "Say Yeah" reached number 25 on the Billboard Rhythmic Top 40 music chart and number 20 on Billboard's Hot Rap Tracks. The song samples "Better Off Alone" by Alice Deejay. Khalifa's vocals from "Say Yeah" appear near the end of Pittsburgh mash up producer Girl Talk's 2008 album, Feed the Animals, over music from Underworld's "Born Slippy", Usher's "Love in This Club", and the Cure's "In Between Days". Khalifa appeared with The Game, David Banner and Play-n-Skillz at U92's Summer Jam at the USANA Amphitheatre in West Valley City, Utah on August 2, 2008. Khalifa released the mixtapes Star Power in September 2008, and Flight School in April 2009 on Rostrum Records.
Khalifa parted ways with Warner Bros. Records in July 2009 after numerous delays in releasing his planned debut album for the label, First Flight. Khalifa stated to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that, "I learned a lot during my time there and matured as an artist during the process. I'm happy to be moving on with all of my material and having the chance to be in control of my next moves". Khalifa appeared with Girl Talk, Modey Lemon, Donora, Grand Buffet, and Don Caballero at the Amphitheatre at Station Square in Pittsburgh on July 31, 2009, where he announced that his relationship with Warner Bros. was over.

Continuing his association with Rostrum Records, Khalifa released the single "Teach U to Fly", and the mixtape How Fly, a collaboration with New Orleans rapper Curren$y, on August 9, 2009. Khalifa introduced a more melodic style on the mixtape, alternating between singing and rapping. He opened for Wu-Tang Clan member U-God at the 2009 CMJ Music Marathon in New York City. Khalifa released the mixtape Burn After Rolling on November 2, 2009, where he raps over familiar beats from other artists, including the songs "If I Were A Boy" and "Diva" by Beyoncé, "Walking on a Dream" by Empire of the Sun, "Luchini AKA This Is It" by Camp Lo, and "Best I Ever Had" by Drake. Khalifa released his second album, Deal or No Deal, on November 24, 2009.
Khalifa performed at Emo's in Austin, Texas in March 2010 as part of the 2010 South by Southwest Music Festival. He appeared on the cover of XXL magazine that same month, for the magazine's annual list of Top 10 Freshman, which included Donnis, J. Cole, Pill, Freddie Gibbs, and Fashawn. He toured with rapper Yelawolf on a 20-date tour, the Deal Or No Deal Tour. Khalifa released the free mixtape Kush and Orange Juice for download on April 14, 2010. Due to Khalifa's devoted grassroots fan base, the mixtape became the No. 1 trending topic on Twitter with the hash tag kushandorangejuice, and "Kush and Orange Juice download” ranked No. 1 on Google’s hot search trends.
Citing music industry insiders, New York magazine wrote that Khalifa signed with Atlantic Records in April 2010, although the rapper didn't confirm it. He stated to AllHipHop in June 2010 that he was working on a new album, but was weighing his options and hadn't yet decided on a label to distribute it. Khalifa confirmed to MTV on July 30 that he was signing an Atlantic Records deal.

Khalifa appeared at the Soundset 2010 festival in May 2010 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, alongside Method Man & Redman, Del the Funky Homosapien and Hieroglyphics, Atmosphere, Murs, Cage, and others. Khalifa released "Black and Yellow", his first single for Rostrum/Atlantic, produced by Stargate, which has received radio airplay. Khalifa will release his debut album with Atlantic Records in 2011. He appeared with Curren$y on the track "Scaling the Building" on producer Ski Beatz' 2010 album, 24 Hour Karate School. Wiz Khalifa Tattoos in Concert
Wiz Khalifa Tattoos in Concert
I attended a Wiz Khalifa show
in Washington,DC and it was awesome.
The spot was really small
and it allowed fans to get meet
& greet with the artist,
so I saw it as my chance to bag Wiz.
I finally had my chance,
and though it was brief,
I managed to give my number
to a member of his entourage[Kev].
I told him to give Wiz my number,
and he shot me a look that said,
"b*tch please!" I left
the club thinking I blew
my chance to chill and
hang with the Taylor Gang,
but
about an hour later
my cell phone rings and
its an unknown number
so I answered.
It was Kev asking me
to meet up with him at
a hotel near the airport.
I only lived about
20 minutes away,
so I hopped in my car
and was on my way.
When I arrived to the hotel
I stood out there for about 30 minutes
and my phone rang
and it was Kev wondering where I was.
I told him downstairs,
and he said he'd come get me.
He eventually came down
and escorted me up to
the suite Wiz stayed in.
We all sat around the suite drinking
Seagrams gin and they smoked out of a bong.
Wiz asked if I knew how to roll & do I smoke?
I told him no I dont smoke, but yes I know how to roll.

He tossed a bag of weed
and gave me some papers to roll with.
I rolled for them and they continued to smoke.
An hour went by and I was feeling
the liquor so I started dancing on the bed.
My clothes started coming off
and by this time all eyes were on me.
I did some sexy dances,
twirled my hips and made my ass clap for them.
I kept my eyes on Wiz,
so he knew I wanted to fuck him right [then and there].

I guess Kev took the hint because
he left out the suite while
I was still dancing and Wiz stayed
in his seat eyes glued to my body.
I hopped off the bed moved closer to him
and finished my dance.
He put his hands on my breasts,
unsnapped my bra and began sucking them.
I sat in his lap while he went to work
and I could feel his d*ck get hard.
Moving my ass on his hard d*ck,
turned him on even more,
he pulled my panties to the side
and fingered my p*ssy.
I was wet from the time I came in the suite,
so by this time I was gushing.
He moved his fingers,in and out [and] I'm moaning in his ear.
I got up,went between his legs,
pulling his d*ck through his jeans
and started licking on it.
Once I got my groove,
I sucked him so good making slurping
sounds he loved every minute of it.
He stood up, pulled his jeans down
and I finished sucking him off.
Grabbing a condom from his pants
he let me put it on him and
bent me over so he could hit it from behind.
For him to be as small as he is,
he had a nice d*ck size.
He stroked and stroked, and I instantly came. He went faster, [and] I'm throwing it back on him as though I was some kind of pornstar. He stroked a few more times, then I climbed on top of him and [started riding] his d*ck. We didn't kiss or anything, but he sucked and caressed by breasts as I rode him. He groaned & closed his eyes,I knew he was feeling it. And before he came I got off his d*ck,and sucked him until he came in my mouth.Once he came he laid there for a few minutes and I went in the bathroom to get myself together. I came back out and he was lighting his J. I told him I appreciated the evening, and he said the pleasure was all his. He slapped my ass as I walked out the door.
I stood out there for about 30 minutes
and my phone rang
and it was Kev wondering where I was.
I told him downstairs,
and he said he'd come get me.

Wiz Khalifa Live In Ottawa
Here are some great pics of Wiz Khalifa performing in Ottawa. Hit the jump to see the rest of the pictures from the Waken Baken Tour stop. Shout out to Oxyrotin for the pics.
WIiz Khalifa Performs In Madison,
DJ Bonix came out and anyone that was sitting down immediately stood up. He dropped the “Super High” Remix, and after Curren$y’s verse, Wiz Khalifa came out puffing on a paper plane and threw it into the crowd before he started spitting his verse. He jumped right into the upbeat “The Thrill” and the crowd let out a scream and bounced up and down, throwing up their hands in rhythm with Wiz. After that he introduced the Taylor Gang and explained the art of Waken Baken, which is the formula to his day, Kush & Orange Juice-the title of his most recent mixtape. He ran through numerous tracks off this highly successful mixtape and then asked “What would I be, if I didn’t play something for the real weed smokers” and busted out “Still Blazin”, at this point there were more joints lit up in the audience then a Snoop Dogg concert. I’m almost positive the people on the second level, caught the second hand high from the kush smoke. At one point a fan threw a bottle on stage and hit one of the Taylor Gang members, he picked it up and you could tell he wasn’t happy. But Wiz was quick to keep things under control and grabbed the bottle from him, only to announce “It’s alright everybody, theres just a doobie in it. Be careful ya’ll almost hit me in the head” then he laughed his famous stoner laugh. Next Wiz Khalifa jumped into some of his more classic joints “Smoker Face”, “Dreamer”, “Ink My Whole Body”. Wiz put on a great performance and from the beginning you could tell he really cared about his fans, and gave them what they wanted. It’s clear Wiz has a solid fan base that loves his music and loves his performance and the way he talked to the crowd, laughed, and said , “Mad Town is great”, made it seem he was just as happy to be there.
Wiz Khalifa is really starting to see the success from all his years of hard work, talent, and dedication to his fans. The effort he puts in to his music, performances, and keeping those Taylors happy is really what sets Wiz Khalifa apart from your traditional rapper, and what will keep him around as one of the kings in this new era of the hip-hop game.
