Here's a proof for the print that's being released Friday at the Robertson Gallery in Mobile, AL and Saturday online. It's 16" x 20" and limited to 50. I'm picking up the rest of them today from the gallery to sign and number. I'm wondering if the excitement will wear off after signing and numbering about 45 of them.
The studio's never been so packed w/ work and projects. You can't see the whole thing but I can hardly walk in there right now, it's crazy to think there won't be anything in there in about two weeks..
This is the finished snare drum for SJC Drums, I was worried the drum would be weird to paint on but it was nicer than most panels I've worked on. I went looser than I usually work for it to give it more energy/have fun and not stress on it too hard. 
I'm so down to the wire on this He-Man piece for Gallery 1988, I'm pretty sure I'm going to start having chest pains over it soon if I can't start making some progress. I posted a sketch of it last week that I thought I was happy with but after transferring it to the canvas and painting the background, I hated it so I started over. This one is more Hamlet-y and I think the composition'll work better and I don't hate it when I look at it on the canvas so I think I'm ready to start painting...finally. Hope I can finish it before the deadline..
